St. James Place
St. James Place is a 17-building student residential complex on a 9.5-acre site just east of the main campus. Over 550 upper division students live at St. James Place in furnished suites. The apartment community improves housing options for Bradley students, eases student housing pressures in adjacent neighborhoods, and redevelops an important area immediately adjacent to campus.
