Policy is the compilation of code (often known as bylaws) which govern the Psi Phi Federation. This Policy, in conjunction with the Psi Phi Federation Charter, defines the Federation and how it operates.

Psi Phi Federation Policy

1. Departments
   1. Creation
      1. Departments shall be created at the request of the Universal President.
      2. Departments shall be named by the Universal President upon creation.
      3. Departments shall be issued Purpose Statements by the Universal President upon creation.
   2. Department Head
      1. Departments shall be overseen by Department Heads appointed by the Universal President.
2. Sectors
   1. Application
      1. The Application Form shall be maintained by the Department of Sector Recruiting, in conjunction with the Chief Engineer.
