What's New in the Psi Phi Federation?

• The Psi Phi Federation is officially no more. It has been functionally dead for some time, and this smester it was made offical. Too few people were interested in corresponding about science fiction in the Federation.

• The Universal President has abdicated! The processing of figuring out what to do next has begun.

• Added a fill-out on-line version of the Federation Application, while still keeping the text-only version.

• Updated the Sectors List with the addition of Sector 003 at Fourth Dimension at Frostburg State University.

• Added this What's New page.
• Updated the Universal Assembly list after Sector 001 reported its newly-elected Representative.
