Greetings and Salutations!
Here are the official minutes for the 10/5/94 meeting.

The meeting was opened at 10:00PM

In attendance were:

Grand Nagus Joe Grabowski reminded everyone that a budget has been adopted and that dues are $5 per semester. Dues must be paid no later than the 26th of October if you wish to remain on the membership roster. The money will go towards events such as movies and perhaps refreshments at such events. Benefits of paid membership include reduced cost (if any) to attend Psi Phi activities, as well as inclusion in e-mailings such as minutes and activity announcements.

He also mentioned that there had been an interest expressed in seeing Transformers: The Movie. Tuesday night at 6:30PM is the tentative time for the showing of the movie. No location was mentioned.

Erinn Lineback mentioned that the movie Wizard of Speed and Time was also good and that it should also be considered for a "movie night".

It was suggested that we have a regular movie night on the weekends. Sunday evenings was the time agreed upon by those present as the most convinient time.

Captain Christy McVety confirmed that Wednesday nights at 10:00PM in the Harper/Wyckoff TV Lounge will be the time and place of official meetings.

Joe Grabowski asked if there was any interest in sci-fi RPG's and volunteered to organize them if there was. There was.

Official business was concluded at approximately 10:15PM.
