The meeting was opened at 10:02 PM on 10/19/94.

Attendance was taken. In attendance were:

The previous meeting's minutes were read and approved.

Officers Reports/Q&A:

The Chief of Operations reported that he is working on a poster for advertising Psi Phi events. He said it's basically like a letterhead.

The Grand Nagus reported that two more people have paid their dues, and then read off the list of those who have paid. He also reported that the budget that he is working on will be percentage based so that as income increases, each bugdeted item will get more money proportionally.

The Communications Officer reported that he is working on typing up the rules of order and perhaps putting together a Psi Phi membership booklet containing it and the Constitution and whatever other documents are deemed appropriate.

The First Officer reported that he is still trying to work out getting a VCR for Psi Phi movie events.

The Captain reported that she was late becuase the RPG character she had been generating died when she tried to give it psionics.

Comments/New Business

David announced that Psi Phi has a web page. You can email him for instructions on how to get to it.

Jay Johnson said that he has seen the web page and likes it. He also offered the use of his VCR for future Psi Phi video functions.

Joe asked for suggestions for a movie. Tron was suggested. He also asked for ideas for a backup movie. He said maybe we could re-watch the effects parts of The Wizard of Speed and Time to find the subliminal messages.

Don Wood suggested reserving movies with Blockbuster so that we can be sure they will be available.

The meeting was concluded at 10:14 PM.
