Committee Reports:
Movie Committee:
Recruitment and Relations Committee:

to attend the meeting).
Multi-Sector Committee:
- Called for a re-signing of the Psi Phi Federation Charter. Re-signed.
Recruitment and Relations Committee Take 2:
- Received a copy of the freshman poster. Thanks.
T-Shirt:
- David got info from the T-Shirt Shop (Screening SpecialTees, Inc.):
- Minimum order of 12
- 2 Weeks from receiving design to having T-Shirts ready for pickup.
(Extra money will speed process along.)
- Cost for 1 color on front, two on back: $14 / T-Shirt if 12 are
purchased. Cost per shirt goes down as quantity goes up. They
will keep the screen for one year, during which time we could
order more shirts, at less per shirt.
- It was suggested that members pay $10, with the treasury footing
the rest of the bill.
- Seth will be e-mailing to get commitments from people before we order
so we can have an accurate count.
- Seth will also ask the rest of the committee for the computer-printed
design.
Officer's Reports:
Chief of Operations:
- Re-working DS9 page so that it's more than
just a big list of links.
- Recent machine to query the Voyager site:
thurgood.uscourts.gov (we're not making this up).
- Obtained secret "insider" information regarding the rest of
the Voyager season (including info about
the episodes that are being held over until the Fall. (Some is
here, some more
here, some more
here, some more
here, some more
here, some more
here, and the last little bit
here.)
Grand Nagus:
- The current balance is $86.77.
- Could not find the records regarding Spring 1995 and David "Lunch"
Rowe.
- Nate has been unreachable by e-mail. He is now retconned to a Guest,
and will stay at such unless it turns out to be computer-problems that
have prevented communication.
Communications Officer:
First Officer:
Captain:
- Three co-sponsorships offered us by ACBU:
- October 1996: Weird America
- October 1996: special effects presentation

Old Business:
- CyberDesic: still settling
in. Open house this Friday (12-3) which David will attempt to attend.
[Ward Arrives]
- Alumni eligible to run for office? Comment by David: Since a new
officer is supposed to take office immediately after the election
meeting, and Alumni members would not be present yet, problems
could be caused. Vote to allow Alumni to run: 2 for, 7 against,
0 abstaining. Sorry, Alumni, but you cannot run for election.
New Business:
- David:
- X-Files Movie will be filmed in the Summer of 1997.
