Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order at 10:04pm by the Captain, Seth Robison.

Universal Assembly Representative Report:
- A "Welcome back" message has finally been sent.
- The mail from Larry French inquiring about membership will be forwarded
to Universal Assembly Vice President Peter C. Jones.

- The Psi Phi website has a new feature: a Star Trek web award for
in-depth coverage of a specific area of the Star Trek
universe, such as Morn
or Tom Paris's
injuies.
Grand Nagus:
- The current balance is $168.13.
First Officer:
- Committees are still accepting new members.
Captain:
- Mail:
- Bradley's Homecoming is coming. There is no volleyball tournament this
year, although there is a soccer one. More details next week.
- $ABRC is still accepting proposals for college funding of
university-benefitting projects.
Old Business:
- We will be showing the Star Wars: Special Edition
films in the Marty Theatre as soon as we can reserve it after the
Centennial activities.
- Meetings are now in Meeting Room 3 at 10 on Wednesdays, due to DS9.
- Our "proposal" for the Centennial time capsule has been submitted.
New Business:
- Starship Troopers opens on November 7th (parent['s]
weekend). We may have an away mission to see it.
- Q (John de
Lancie) (A Psi Phi Honorary Member) has been almost confirmed as
appearing in the third Star Trek: The Next Generation movie.
- Channel 43 has moved Babylon
5 from Sunday at 11pm to Sunday at 2am for the last 6 episodes of this
season, including 4 new episodes. We can call (individually, not as a
group) their offices to protest this change.
- The DS9 premiere is next week Wednesday at 9pm. The second
episode is scheduled for a week after that, but there is a baseball
game that may run long and displace it to another time, as yet unknown.
- For those who follow the Marvel Star Trek comics, the DS9, Starfleet Academy, and Star Trek TNG
series will be crossing over in "Telepathy Wars".
