Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order at 9:37pm by the Captain, Seth Robison.
Attendance:
Attendance was taken. In attendance were:
- Jeff Cavanaugh
- Peter C. Jones (Communications Officer)

- Paul Mick
- Paul Mulka (Chief of Operations)
- Justin Philbrook (First Officer)
- Seth Robison (Captain)

There were 8 attendees.
Minutes:
The minutes from the previous meeting were
summarized and approved.
Committee Reports:
Movie Committee:
- The movie for this week will be at 3:30pm on Saturday at Neumiller.
It'll be a Justin + Ward special.
Recruitment and Relations Committee:
Universal Assembly Representative Report:
- No new nominations for the Universal President.
- It was recommended that we vote "yes" on accepting the
U.S.S. Einstein into the Federation as an Outpost.
Officer's Reports:
Communications Officer:
- Robert Ray: we'll see if we can influence someone at Theta Xi to
let him stay in his room over there....
- Roger is eligible to sign the Log.
Grand Nagus:
- The current balance is $125.40, after receiving the $39.50 check.
Chief of Operations:
- Correction to last
week's report: the location is trekworld.com, not
checkworld.com. There was a miscommunication over the phone.
- Regarding the moving of the guide pages: we'll let David decide,
since their his pet project. But we'll keep a mirror of at least
the current stuff.
First Officer:
- Since Return of the Jedi has been postponed until the 14th --
the start of our Spring Break! -- our plans are out the door. Justin
will still be joining Ward in Hoopeston to start out his break; if you
wish to join them, talk with Ward. Seth has decided to go it alone
to Woodfield. Therefore, we won't need a van. We might do a post-break
Away Mission, though.
Captain:
- No mail of any consequence.
- Something was postponed since the person most influenced was
again absent.
Old Business:
- The person's status from the mailing list was confirmed as having
not been on anymore.
- Justin received the tape from Peter.
- The MCS B-{K|C}on was not as successful as would have been liked, to
put it kindly.
New Business:
- Paul Mulka asked about the recent Babylon 5 episode
on tape; Peter has a copy.
- In an attempt to produce more new business, Peter told everyone that
The
Lost World (movie sequel to Jurassic
Park) will be coming out this summer.
- Jeff announced some weird Sci-Fi websites discovered, including
a page devoted to Janeway's hair (as well as pages devoted to other,
stranger aspects of Janeway), and a Church of Shatnerology (about
Shaterners hair pieces).
