Dr. Aaron Buchko Read profile

Dr. Aaron Buchko is a Professor of Management in the Foster College of Business Administration (FCBA), Bradley University. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Michigan State University after a successful career as a marketing executive with several firms. He has published numerous articles and a textbook, and is a past president of the Midwest Academy of Management. He received Bradley University’s New Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence and is a frequent speaker to trade and civic associations. His work focuses on organization and competitive strategy, general management, and the process of executive development. In addition, Dr. Buchko has worked with numerous companies and organizations in strategy development and business planning, and has been an advisor to several organizations in the process of developing and implementing a Values-Based Management approach.
