This seminar will allow you to recognize and cope with cultural differences in a business context and prepare you to deal with individuals and organizations with different cultural backgrounds. You will learn the similarities and differences among cultures and highlight the leadership challenges for managers. You will be taught to make informed decisions based on culture; a critical step in implementing strategies in international organizations. This program is ideal for managers, both domestic and international, who work with people and businesses from various cultural backgrounds, and intermediaries who are involved in dealing with foreign clients.
