All the presidents’ museums

The Peoria Historical Society and Bradley University’s Division of Continuing Education will co-sponsor an educational tour of four Midwest presidential museums, plus the National World War I Museum from September 8–12.

The group will visit the Herbert Hoover Museum in West Branch, Iowa; the National World War I Museum in Kansas City, Missouri; the Dwight D. Eisenhower Museum in Abilene, Kansas; the Harry S. Truman Museum in Independence, Missouri; and the Abraham Lincoln Museum in Springfield.

Bernie Drake, a member of Bradley’s Institute for Learning in Retirement and president of the Peoria Historical Society Board, will guide the trip. Sue Manley, program director in Continuing Education, will host the trip.

The fee for double occupancy is $999 ($1,399 for single) and includes charter coach, hotels, admissions, and most meals. Space is limited.
