Building leaders

The Executive Development Center has scheduled its next interactive leadership workshop for October 21–23 at the PeoriaNEXT Innovation Center. The program is designed to help individuals and organizations realize their full potential. Discussion topics include trust building, character alignment, conflict and change management, interpersonal communication, and emotional skills.

“Building Leaders” is facilitated by Dr. Chuck Stoner and Tom Bower. Stoner is a Robert A. McCord professor of executive management development at Bradley. Bower is president of Bower Communications.

The registration fee for the 2 -day program is $1,950. A discount is available when companies send more than one person. Participants receive personal assessments and coaching sessions. For more information, call 309-677-4420 or e-mail edc@bradley.edu.
