Bradley has comprehensive lecture recording software called Panopto. Panopto is a commercial product that allows faculty members and presenters to record presentations and upload recordings so that students or participants in a course or program can view the recordings online.
Panopto recording software can be downloaded to the personal machine of the presenter or faculty member. Contact the ITAC office to be given an account on the server. Once you have an account, you may login at http://lectures.bradley.edu and download the Recorder software.
Recordings can be made from a machine with the Recording software at any time. The recordings can be set to automatically upload to the server once the recording is completed, or to upload the next time the presenter logs in and chooses to upload a particular recording.
Once a recording is uploaded, it will have a direct web address that can be added to Sakai and accessed by Students.
