The Lost World

Set soon after the close of Jurassic Park, this novel
follows the events that transpire as a group of scientists set off on an
expedition to follow up on reported sightings of giant lizards on an
island off the coast of Costa Rica. These sightings have lent credence
to local myths of a "Lost World." The lost world proves to be real, a
result of animals having escaped the destruction of Jurassic Park, or
(perhaps) a second site for the Jurassic Experiment.
