||University Email Servers
The purpose of this procedure is to identify specifically where all business related email is to be processed.
This procedure is in support of Electronic Mail Account Usage (5.05).
All University business email accounts must be hosted by the University Exchange Server. The method we use to archive email records only works with Exchange servers. To assure that every email message is identified and archived, all employee business email accounts must reside on this server.
This procedure applies to all devices on the Bradley network. Further it applies to all faculty, staff and administrators at Bradley. It does not apply to student email, which is housed external to the Bradley network.
