Correspondent Martha Teichner of CBS News Sunday Morning (left) interviewed Dr. Bernard Goitein, professor of business management and administration, about business and economic conditions in the Peoria area on February 6 for a segment on the show’s annual report on money matters. Dr. Goitein serves as director of the Center for Business and Economic Research of the Foster College of Business Administration, where he directs quarterly studies of Peoria Area business and economic conditions, and surveys consumer confidence in the economy. The interview discussed also how the global economy has had an impact on the curriculum of the Foster College of Business Administration. The show is expected to air at 8 a.m. CST on Sunday, February 17. Goitein was previously interviewed for a story on economic conditions in the Peoria area that appeared in the January 31 issue of U.S. News & World Report. Go>
