Past Meeting Updates
Meeting 1--7 April 2011
This meeting is the last meeting SAE will be having before our scheduled car show on April 9.  In case of poor weather, the car show will be moved to April 23.  Topics covered include recruiting people to help set up, work, and tear down the show.  Also, the sponsor banner was presented in addition to a list of sponsors and donations.  We are fortunate to have some really great donations this year!  Come to the car show to see what you can win!
Meeting 4--31 March 2011
This was our fourth meeting of the semester, and the first meeting since spring break.  Pizza and soda was provided.  SAE member t-shirts were in and available at this meeting.  Since the car show is coming up, the main focus was planning for the car show.  We recruited members to help with sponsors and advertising.  Additonally, Chris presented the banner his mom had made to advertise for us.  Finally, we talked about upcoming events such as the tailgate party and the trip we plan to take to the Peoria Speedway.  Stay tuned to SAE for updates on this trip!
Meeting 3--3 March 2011
At the third meeting of the semester, we had homemade Italian Beef sandwiches, thanks to Doug's mom.  If you were not there, you really missed out.  Also, thanks to Craig, we played a really fun game of The Price is Right, the Bradley SAE way.  We presented our tentative plans for the rest of the semester and discussed the upcoming car show and recruited more volunteers to help out.
Meeting 2--10 February 2011
At this meeting, we had FSAE and ULUV presentations of their trips to California over winter break. They toured  Tesla Motors and Jay Leno's Garage. Additionally, we presented our new website and conducted car show updates.  Chips, salsa, queso, and drinks were provided to all in attendance. A few new members were recruited and underclassmen  applicants turned in their application paragraphs. 
Meeting 1--20 January 2011
This was the first meeting of 2014. At the meeting, we presented some upcoming event ideas, including the Chicago Auto Show and the engine teardown. We also discussed some possible options for the upcoming car show. We have the possiblility of having live music at ths years show. We are also discussing possible t-shirt options for contestants. We have also decided to design a brochure for SAE! Keep an eye out around Jobst for them!
