Audio Visual Services
In support of faculty, staff and students, ITMS provides complete educational services. Video checkout and purchase, projection services, remote and classroom videotaping, self-paced instructional facilities, sound reinforcement, and equipment distribution are all available with 72 business hours advance notice. Equipment rental or setup is also contingent upon availability.

All members of the University can check out the following for university related activities: overhead projectors, portable stereos, digital audio recorders, and screens.
Faculty and staff may also check out the following for university related activities: LCD data/video projectors, video playback equipment, digital video cameras, microphones, P.A. equipment, and MP3 recorders. Students are required to have specific written authorization from their instructors to check out the above.

DVD/Video Purchase
ITMS purchases a limited number of DVD(s)/videos each year. Purchase requests should be directed to Jobst Hall, Room 237.
Equipment Distribution
ITMS equipment may be delivered to an instructor's classroom and/or picked up by ITMS staff on request with 72 business hours advance written notice by the instructor.
Projectionist Service
Academic DVD(s)/videos can be shown on campus by an experienced student projectionist with 72 business hours advance written notice by the instructor.
Television Classroom
Jobst Hall 215 is available for videotape recording and playback of classroom activities, group discussions, single person, and group interaction. Advance written notice of 72 business hours is required by the instructor.
