Communications and Engineering Services (CES) is a service organization which provides: system design, installation, maintenance, and leadership in the use and implementation of Digital Compressed Video, telecommunications, and networking systems to the Bradley University community and related organizations. We emphasize quality of service, professional integrity, and excellence. Those of us in CES are dedicated to maintaining Bradley University's technological edge for an exciting environment in which to teach and learn.

The Communications & Engineering Director and the CES staff have diverse expertise and provide the campus with support in many areas of technology including:

- Telephone Service
The Bradley phone service provides easy-to-use, cost-effective, anytime, anywhere communications including:
- Local phone service
- Voice mail for staff and faculty
- AUDIX emergency messaging
The telephone network extends to approximately 4,000 endpoints and is used around the clock, and around the calendar, by campus students, employees, tenants and the general public.
