Messages
Message center is used to send and receive private messages. This setting can only be changed by users who have ‘maintain' privileges.
Compose a Message
Step 1: Select the Message tool in the left menu bar of the site you wish access.
Step 2: Click on Message from your list of tools (along the left side of the window, underneath My Workspace).
Step 3: Click on Compose Message, located near the upper left corner of the Message Center window.
Step 4: Next, you'll be prompted to choose recipients for your message.
Note: You may also select individual participants by name. You may select multiple recipients and/or recipient classes by holding the “Ctrl” button on PC, or the “Apple” key on the Mac, and clicking additional recipients.

Step 5: Enter your main message is entered in the message body, as shown above.
Step 6: Add attachments to your message by clicking the Add Attachment button.
Step 7: Finally, you can also label your messages with a priority designation by clicking on the drop-down menu marked Label.
Step 8: When finished composing your message and setting its properties, click Send.
Forward Messages to Email Address
Step 1: Click on “ Settings ”, located near the upper right corner of the Message Center window.
The following window will appear:
Step 2: Select Yes
Step 3: Type in email address where messages will be forwarded.
Step 4: Click Save Settings
