Our House

Theta Xi Chapter House

In keeping with the Purpose of Theta Xi to "provide a college home environment for its active members," we maintain this house at 1317 W. Fredonia, Peoria, IL, on Bradley's "Fraternity Row."

Constructed in 1964, the house has the capacity to house 23 of our members. Through the careful planning of all our brothers and the generosity of our alumni members, the house is in excellent condition for its age. Among recent improvements, we have a completely rebuilt roof, computer network access in each member's room, and new furniture, carpeting and tile flooring in our common areas. Last fall, we updated our heating system to a modern, high-efficiency heating system, added a central air conditioning system for the hotter months, and installed a modern DJ system for party time at Club Xi.

First Chapter House

Each brother residing in the house does his part to keep it in its excellent condition. Visitors to the house agree, our house is one of the best kept fraternity houses they've seen.

Prior to our current house's construction, our chapter resided in this house at 1420 W Fredonia, on the lot where the Sigma Kappa sorority house currently sits.
