Modules

The Manage option within the Modules Tool allows you to restore inactive Modules , import Modules from other worksites, remove Modules from your site, and more. The IMS Content package allows a user to save their data in a convenient form with out having to convert files.

Manage Modules

Step 1: Select the Modules Tool from the side menu.

Step 2: Navigate to the “Manage” option on the Modules window.

Restore an Inactive Module

Step 1: Select the “Restore” Option from the Manage Menu.
Step 2: Select the Module which you wish to make active from the list.
Step 3: Then Click on “Restore

Sort Modules / Sort Sections

Step 1: Select the “Sort” option from the Manage Menu.
•  The Default option will be to Sort Modules . To sort Sections, select the Sort Sections option.

Note: Current Sequence- Shows the current order of the Modules or Sections in gray. This sequence can not be altered and is intended for comparison.

New Sequence- The sequence which you are able to alter and compare with the “Original Sequence.”

Step 2: Select a module, and then select one of the vertical arrows, directly to the right of the field.
• The upward vertical arrow will move your selection to the top of the list.
• The downward vertical arrow will move the selection to the bottom of the list.
• The upward button will move your selection up one level.
• The downward button will move your selection down one level.

Import / Export a Module

Step 1: Select the “Import/Export” Option from the Manage Menu.
Step 2:
Select Browse.
Step 3: Selecl the IMS file to import.
Step 4: Then Click on “Open

Step 5: Select Export in either export form.
Step 6: Save IMS file as a new zip in a location of your choice.
